Tebogo Motshegare: CEO and Chairperson
Tebogo Motshegare is the Chief Executive Officer of Real Power, CEO and Chairman of Batlokwa Industries and Director of Operations
at Optimized Outsourcing Solutions (Pty) Ltd.
He holds a Light Current Electrical Engineering Diploma from Cape Technikon and Light Current Electrical Engineering Degree from the University of Cape Town.
Tebogo has vast experience in Information Technology, Strategic Management and Programme Management. He has held senior positions on International accounts with clients in Spain, Zimbabwe, Portugal, Angola, UK, Chile, Brazil, Nigeria, Australia and Germany. He has recently delivered a successful SAP SRM Implementation for Sonangol in Angola.
Tebogo has interests in other forms of businesses which include mining in Uruguay, Oil and Gas in Nigeria, distribution and beverages in South Africa. He started Real Power SA in September 2007, which he has acquired sole distribution rights for the whole of Africa.
Tebogo's leadership, experience and ability to bring together the best team in any industry has been demonstrated above and will be evident as he takes Real Power SA into the new millennium with the delivery of results through service and quality as the corner stone of his vision and philosophy.
Kedibone Mabusela (General Manager)
It was more than just a strategic career move for Kedibone Mabusela to take on the role of general manager at Real Power; it was also a lifestyle choice. She liked the product, was ready for the 
hands-on challenge of managing a start-up company, and most of all, respected the company's owner.
"The owner, Tebogo Motshegare, is very entrepreneurial but at the same time empowerment driven and shares the same values I share,'' she says. Kedibone started at Real Power in October 2007.
Kedibone's role as general manager requires her to oversee and co-ordinate the running of the business. "I am working at getting our products listed into the chain stores, getting our products into ground roots local suppliers, and also running an awareness campaign for most of 2008 to create demand, with the view of creating long term sustainable growth'' she says.
"There is also a very strong focus on customer service.'' Kedibone comes from an Information technology background, where she specialized in project management with delivery being one of her driving forces. She has managed different kinds of projects ranging from IT development, IT and business strategy, and service delivery.
Kedibone originally trained as a programmer and started working with SA Eagle Insurance after finishing her diploma. She has more than 14 years working experience. Over this period she came to realize she enjoyed seeing a project from start to finish. She also enjoys working with people and building lasting relationships.
She enjoys keeping fit and spending time with her two boys.
